The user gives express consent so that they can transfer their data to the finance company in order to manage the financing of your purchase, in the event that the user has chosen to finance it. All contents of this website are exclusive and worldwide property of Zachary Dallman or its suppliers, including without limitation, reproductions of articles, graphics, logos, images, text, illustrations, photographs, brands and other distinctive signs in any of the programming languages used or usable, as well as all software operation and development of the website. The reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available to the public, transformation, transfer and any other act or form of exploitation in any format online or offline that are not expressly authorized by the holder of the operating rights, are expressly prohibited.

Delivery time may change depending on the brand and product and it is stated on individual product pages. Since we work with suppliers coming from all over Spain, Design Mob cannot be held liable for any delays caused either by transportation companies or complications during the production process. Notwithstanding this, Design Mob will inform you in due time of any possible delays. Furthermore, there might be variations of delivery dates during the summer or bank holidays.

The products offered are distributed throughout Europe, except the countries not included on the check out selection list.

Design Mob reserves the right to change the content, products or brands from the website at any time. Design Mob makes every effort to provide the information on its website as accurately as possible. If there happens to be an error in pricing and the customer has made a purchase based on that error, Design Mob will notify the customer of the error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase. Design Mob is not directly or indirectly responsible for any information or content contained in the products sold by designmob.es. This responsibility goes to the makers of the products. The customer understands that Design Mob is a mere intermediary between the customer and the maker.

Each product is accompanied by the following information:

Product customization (color, dimensions, etc.)

Design Mob has made an effort to display the colors of products as realistically as possible. However, the color of the products shown on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the monitor.

The products to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking the button "Add to cart". The cart will contain the selected item, name, photograph, price, quantity and total price (including tax, exluding shipping). At the checkout the customer must indicate the shipping address and shipping method (if applicable). Shipping will depend on the country selected.

The order form will request personal and customer billing information and delivery information and payment. This information will be added to our database in order to process the order.

Once the order is completed, but before shipping, a summary identifying all important information about the purchase will be displayed. The order must be confirmed by clicking the "Buy" button, which will enabled once you have accepted the terms of sale.

It is very important that for the SENDER field, you enter your name, or that of the person making the transfer payment. In the SUBJECT field, indicate the order number.

Other forms of payment will not be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be online, that is in real-time through secure payment.

Once the transaction is confirmed, the order number will appear on the screen. In addition, an email message with a description of the order and personal information will be forwarded. Failure to receive this message could be due to a temporary communication problem in the network or a typo in the email address supplied. In either case, it is advisable to contact us at info@designmob.es.

All product orders are subject to the availability of information and, in this sense, if difficulities occur in supply, we reserve the right to give information about quality substitutes of equal or greater value you can order. If you do not wish to order a substitute, we will reimburse your money.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any content. Although we try to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order after sending the order confirmation. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for the withdrawl of any product from this website, regardless of whether the product has been sold or not. We also may remove or modify any content.

Prices on this website are shown in Euros. The customer will always know the price and characteristics of the products offered. Prices in Euros include 21% VAT.

In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, Design Mob uses the secure payment gateway verified by VISA, MasterCard and SecureCode. In this way, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL). For payment with Visa and MasterCard, Design Mob accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) with the international 3D Secure protocol. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security for online transactions. When making payment via the secure payment gateway, the system automatically verifies that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. You then connect to the bank issuing the same, which will request authorization of the transaction via a personal authentication code. The operation is performed only if the bank issuing the card confirms the authentication code. If not, the transaction will be rejected.

All transport of the products purchased through Design Mob is provided by a contracted provider. Design Mob does not allow pick-up of purchases. The delivery time is indicated at the time of purchase. To avoid any problems with delivery, the customer must complete the corresponding form with correct address and contact information.

Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of purchase. The shipping costs quoted on the website exclude islands or territories that are difficult to access. In this case, a customised quote would have to be accepted and paid for by the customer berfore proceeding with the order. In the case the quote for the extra costs of shipping were not accepted, the customer would receive a full refund and cancellation of their order.

Delivery will be made by a third-party on behalf of Design Mob to the address indicated by the customer. The customer assumes the risk of damage or loss of products from the moment the the goods have been made available under this clause. In case the products have suffered damage during transport, the customer must immediate note this on the delivery sheet. In this case, Design Mob will repair or replace the products in the shortest possible time. A signiture without note of any damage indicates the products were delivered in perfect condition.

For products not in stock, the lead time may be a maximum of 90 days from the date of the order. Those shipping charges relating to undeliverable items (due to access problems) will be charge to the customer. The customer should forward any pertinent information which will faciltate delivery. Products are delievered in their box. If, for any reason, you request that the product be unboxed for delivery (eg. for going upstairs), we will not be liable for any damages incurred. Delivery times shown on the website are orientative and subject to change.

In general, unless expressly stated elsewhere, all products have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear through normal use, nor misuse of any kind.

Design Mob gives all customers the right to cancel their order at any time as long as the order is NOT personalized or made to the customer´s specifications (options not listed on product page as options). The customer will have period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw all or part of the purchase for any reason in accordance with applicable law. The customer will notify Design Mob within the stipulated time and the product(s) must be sent to the address provided with the product. Design Mob is NOT liable for shipping costs incurred by those returns. The customer may return any item purchased online and will receive a refund for the amount paid within a maximum period of thirty (30) days of receipt of the product, provided the product was received correctly and without damages. In the even the returned product(s) are damaged, the customer will be for the damages amount which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed. The reimbursement will be made through the same form of payment which the customer paid.

Important: As an exception to the above clause, the right to return an order will not apply to any personalized orders.

In the case of a broken or damaged product being delivered, the customer will be reimbursed for the full price, including shipping.

The customer agrees to provide truthful information regarding the user registration form or order placement. The customer accepts the general conditions of this contract. Applicable laws require that some information we send must be in writing. By using this website, you agree that most communication will be via email. For contractual purposes, the customer consents to this and acknowledges that all information or notifications that Design Mob sends electronically comply with the legal requirements.

Notifications should be made to Design Mob using our Contact Form via the email address info@designmob.es. It is understood that notifications have been recieved and properly made when posted to our website or sent via email. A sent email saved to our mailbox is sufficient proof of a sent email.

We will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations under our contract when caused by events outside our control. Ther term "events outside of our control" includes any act, event, lack of excerise, omission or accident beyond our control and includes in particular, but not limited to the following:
Strikes or work protests
Riots, civil rights protest, invasion, terror threats or attacks
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, viral epidemic or other natural disaster
Transport failures, shutdowns or strikes
Acts, legislation, regulations, stay at home "lockdowns" or restrictions made by any government

It is understood that our obligation to fulfill the terms of any contract will be suspended for the duration of the above listed events and continue until we are able to again resume normal operations. In any event, the customer will be informed via email of any changes due to these circumstances.
