Shipping methods and delivery
We use various shipping services, depending on the type of product needed to be shipped. All orders are shipped directly from the maker. As soon as we know how and when your order will be shipped, we will contact you via email. The delivery times are indicated on the individual product information listing. In order to avoid any problems with delivery (errors in the address or difficulties locating someone on delivery day), it ́s important to fill out the customer information sheet fully and correctly.
Shipping policy
If an item is not in stock, the maximum lead-time will be 90 days though most are much less. Any deliveries affected by difficulties in access will be the customer´s responsibility. Delivery times are not guaranteed to be exact. If, upon delivery, the customer notices any damage to the item (s) it is their responsibility to immediately notify the delivery person and indicted on the receiving form. In the case that the item needs to be repaired or replaced, Design Mob will attempt to do so in the shortest possible time. If the customer does not indicate any damage or defect at the time of receiving their order, they are acknowledging that everything was delivered correctly and will assume any and all responsibility thereafter.
Shipping duties and taxes
If you live outside the European Union and have placed an order, please be aware that while you do not pay EU VAT tax, you still may be liable for any shipping duties and taxes. You will be contacted by the transportation company when your order has arrived to customs with the amount payable by you. Design Mob does not accept any responsibilty for foreign shipping duties and taxes.
Delivery Area
All items can be shipped worldwide. For delivery costs, select your country at checkout. If you are outside the shipping area, please contact us by email and we will be happy to send you an estimate of shipping costs.
Returns policy
Design Mob guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling an order before it is shipped. This offer excludes any furniture or objects made to order (not in stock), made to measure or other personalized products. The customer has 14 days to return any items, as long as they are in the same condition as when they were originally delivered. All items must be returned in their original box and packaging. All return shipping fees are the customer´s responsibility except when returning an item that was damaged during shipping (from Design Mob). The refund (if desired) will be returned through the same method of payment within 14 days of receiving them.
